Pale straw in colour. Thin, persistent and creamy head; substantial carbonation based on style.

ON THE NOSE:

Citrus notes given by the lime juice, along with ripe tropical fruit hints.

MOUTHFEELS:

Delicate and soft start, with prevailing lemon hints that give an incredible feeling of refreshment and freshness. Malted passion fruit and mango flavour on the palate with a fusion of cracker and bread crust. The finish is dry and bitter, making it an easy sipping beer.

BEER STYLE:

Mexican Lagers are low fermentation beers, inspired by German styles, who first appeared in the USA southern states, near the mexican border. Mainly produced by German immigrants, these beers stand out for the use of Barley malt, along with huge quantities of other cereals, like corn and rice. Blonde beers with moderate ABV, making them extremely easy sipping.
